My Story:
I’d like to introduce myself, I am Jennifer (Jennie) McEndree and I was first introduced to Scentsy from my cousin and instantly fell in love. As a lover of expensive, quality candles, I knew I was looking for a scent that could fill a room, a glow that was both romantic and calming, and a safe alternative to a candle.
As a mother of four children, four special need adults and three dogs, I was constantly concerned about a lit candle. As the owner of an AFH in my hometown and the love I have for my (clients) girls. This job requires lots of time and many hours (little time to meet others.) The fear of my kids and clients touching the candle flames scared me or even to have a fire. Scentsy was a great solution to my fears. A wickless candle that was safe to the touch in both the warmer and the wax. Even if you tip it over, and I have, the wax simply dries and washes right out. This wickless concept is simply a decorative ceramic warmers designed to melt scented wax with the heat of a light bulb instead of a traditional wick and flame. These wonderful warmers come in all varieties for every decorative or holiday desire.
I originally started this journey on a whim, I was about to order over $500 in product for Christmas gifts, being a solely a customer for quite some time, I already knew and loved the product, but wanted the rest of my family and friends to enjoy Scentsy warmers and wax along with the safety they provide when compared to traditional candles, so, I just figured, why not Join, and make some of my personal purchases back - because Hey, I had to fuel my own Scentsy addiction anyway, why not make some money doing so! Plus, I have a smelly husband, kids, and dogs- I NEED SCENTSY!
With that being said, it just spiraled into something even more than that. It went from my own personal shopping, to a hobby in which I could not only share with my friends and family, but also that helped me earn some extra cash. With these increasing pay-days I was able to save up to take my family on a vacation, as well as save up for those little “Extras” in life that we can’t always stretch the regular budget for.
My main goal is to make your home smell amazing and bring back memories with scents. I love that I am able to build friendships and relationships with all my customers. I am truly thankful for you all.
